Requisitions are rejected but RSSP requisition status is staying as 'pending approval'

Summary:

Requisitions are being rejected, but the status of those requisitions in RSSP is not changing to 'Rejected', but staying as 'pending approval'.

Because of this, User are not being sent notifications that their requisitions have been rejected

Note: In Classic SSP, it is correctly reflecting as 'Rejected'
