Clarification on Supported CPQ Access Models for External Users via Standard Login

Hello Dears,

I have a question regarding CPQ, as we are currently implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud and evaluating supported options for exposing certain capabilities to external stakeholders (e.g., customers or dealers) in a controlled, authenticated manner.

Specifically, we are exploring a direct login model, where a restricted CPQ user role can be assigned to authenticated external users to initiate and view their Orders (mainly creating transactions, transaction lines as orders, and integrating them with Fusion OM after specific validations are passed ).

As part of the experience, we are also assessing how to securely expose a link to the CPQ login page or a specific CPQ Commerce Process on the customer’s website (e.g., via a customer portal or private page), where users would be redirected to log in with their credentials.
