Notifications for Family and Emergency Contact Updates Coming Blank

Hi everyone,We're experiencing an issue with the **Family and Emergency Contact notifications** configured as **FYI** in our environment.When an employee submits an update through the Family and Emergency Contact section in their self-service portal, a notification is triggered as expected. However, the **notification arrives with only the header/title** and **no body content**—the **message section is completely blank**.
Has anyone faced this issue before, or is there a known fix or workaround? Is this something that needs further configuration in the **Change Notification setup**, or within BI Publisher templates, if applicable?
