Deleting area and country code on phone in user details when changing in Security Console

I would like to clarify the problem. We disabled autocomplete rule on the phone fields.
Simple scenario:
- an employee was hired and work phone was added with country code: 972, area code: 03, phone number: 1234567. Each value in dedicated field.
- in order to change roles for the above employee we open security console, press on update, added needed roles, press save
- now in the employee's contact details the work phone appears as 972541234567 only in phone number field. In fields of country code and area code the values were deleted.
It means that every user change from the user screen in security console damages employee's primary phone number.
