Summary:

The PO for which receipt is done but invoicing is not yet done, can see two lines in Accrual reconciliation report, one is for PO line value

and second one is corresponding tax value.

We can see this for Business Units for which Tax is Non-Recoverable. But for BUs for which tax is recoverable, cannot see the tax line

is this intended functionality ?
