25C - Job Req LOV error "is not in the list of values".

Summary:

Since going to 25C, when selecting a particular value on a Job Req DFF, we get the following error "Is this role Site based or Office based? Office Based - With Travel is not in the list of values." which stops us from continuing to rasie the job requistion.

If we choose any ohter value from the drop down list we are able to continue.

We have tried to re-deploy the flexfield, but that doesnt make a difference.

This issue is currently only in our development environment since going to 25C, we do not have this issue in Production which is still on 25B.
