Email notification when reconciliation rejected by Reviewer

We request that when a reconciliation is rejected by the Reviewer, an email notification should be sent only to the Preparer who claimed and submitted that reconciliation. The message should clearly state:
"Reconciliation has been rejected by Reviewer", optionally including any comments provided.

This notification should not be sent to all Preparers associated with the team linked to the reconciliation. For example, if reconciliation "ABC" is assigned to a team of five Preparers, and one of them claims and submits it, only that individual should receive the rejection notification if the Reviewer rejects it.

Currently, when a reconciliation is rejected, its status changes to "
