learning process recoard in "Ready" Status

Hi Oracle Experts,

While creating the Learning Assignment schedule, the "Learning Process Record" is submitted automatically and remains in "Ready" status for an extended period. Unfortunately, I do not have the security privileges to cancel this process. After waiting for a few hours, the status remains "Warning".

Below are the logs for the warning status:
