Employee can not see all volunteering options

A custom employee role was created, now there is a requirement that employees can see the volunteer module.

The privileges found in the documentation were added (Manage Volunteering and Use REST Service - Volunteering Lists of Values), but the employee still cannot see all the options

Attached is an example of how the employee screen is displayed.

Does anyone know what's missing from the role? Or maybe it's a configuration option?
