Error either due to configuration issues with SOA component or human task configuration.

Hello,
I am facing an error in Approval flow of Process : Talent Profile Content while an Employee is updating Educational Details and Work History it shows the below error

This Error is only for Employees of Legal Entity- SVKM NMIMS Global University. The Approval should go for HR Representative and this Employee do have an HR representative present.

Mentioning the Configuration Rule Condition: ((transactionApprovalRequest.attribute2 equalsIgnoreCase "PERSON_APPROVAL_REQD") AND (transactionApprovalRequest.attribute10 in "300000019814815","300000019923014") AND (Worker's Assignment.result.Legal Employer == "SVKM NMIMS Global University"))

Approval Required- Representative Type→ HR Representative.

Also Attaching the diagnostic log for reference.

Also this same configuration rule is working fine for other Legal Employer, This issue is only with the Worker's Assignment.result.Legal Employer=SVKM NMIMS Global University.
