Anyone had any issues with Self-Paced Learning content completions showing on reports?

Summary:

We have a few custom-built reports, that show results of completions for Courses and Specializations. While testing Self-Paced Learning, those completions are not showing on our report results. Are there different learning item types we need to include in our report criteria for those completions to show in report results?
