Error integrating RMC with EPM-ARCS

In RMC, Advanced Controls Configuration > Non-fusion Data Sources > EPM-ARCS option, after inputting details for Basic Authentication and clicking "Test Connection," I get the error "Please try again and if the error persists, contact your help desk." (Values omitted in screenshot for privacy). I am not sure the cause of the error.
