Hi Experts,

May I ask for your advice on the combination of configuring ReqApproval's "Enable Reminder", "Deadlines - Due Date", and "Expiration Settings - Task Level's Duration"?

Please refer to below screenshot on how we configured, and the result seems not having "Due Date" put to effective use…

Under this set of configuration, a PR will be:
Initial submit for approval as "day 1": A test PR is submitted to an approver.
Reminder sent by system as "day 3": A reminder notification is sent to the approver; since we have configured "Enable Reminder, repeat 1 and frequency being 2 days after assignment".
