Unable to see the Dependent information in Family and Emergency contacts - Redwood

Summary:

When the admin is trying to check the Emergency contacts of an employee able to see the details from Person Management screen but not able to see the same list from My client Groups > Quick Actions > Family and Emergency contacts(Redwood). Any configuration or profile needs to be checked?
