Document of record approval based on the selected options by approver

Hi Team,

We have a document record - 'Employee Suspension' and for this DOR final action needs to be taken by Ombuds team. As per the business requirement, if the final action taken by Ombuds team is termination then the approval needs to go to HRM.

Is it possible to retrigger the approval workflow based on the action selected by an approver?

As per business approval workflow is this -

Ombuds will raise the DOR > HRM will add the letter and submit > Ombuds will select the option -(revoke / termination) from the "Final action taken " dropdown > If 'termination' is selected then it will again flow to HRM for approval else DOR will be closed.
