Retirement Date Calculation Based on Date of Birth (Incl. Leap Years)

Does anyone know how to calculate the retirement date based on the date of birth, using 67 years — including leap years?

We would need it in Redwood pages Hire Employee, Convert Pending Worker, Add Pending Worker.
