Unexpected Access to Excluded Legal Entity in Instructor Area My Client Groups >Learning >Instructor

Summary:

We are encountering an issue where Admin is still able to view user records under My Client Groups > Learning > Instructors, even though an exclusion rule has been configured to restrict access to a specific legal entity.

Our requirement is that data should be visible for all legal entities except one (i.e., we are excluding one legal entity from access). The exclusion rule has been correctly configured and is functioning as expected in other areas of the application. However, in the Learning > Instructors area, employees from the excluded legal entity are still visible.
