When opening the Redwood Grade Ladders screen, and scrolling down to the Grade Names sections, we are seeing this section "flashing" while the data loads.

Testing has shown this sections flashes for longer when the Grade Ladder has a larger number of Grade Names.

While for some Ladders this may only flash once, for other Grade Ladders this may flash for up to 10 seconds. The amount of time varies depending on user connection speed and browser type.
