Transfer of Payrolls

The customer has employees assigned either to a Calendar Month payroll or Lunar payroll . The employees can be transferred between these payrolls any time in the pay period using the 'Transfer Payroll' option in Manage Payroll Relationships page.

The original payroll on the assignment will also remain active to enable customer to pay any outstanding payments on this payroll. Once customer completes all such payments, then they enter a Final Close Date to end date the original payroll.

The application will process the employee in both the original and new payrolls where payroll periods overlap or until Final Close Date is entered to end date the original payroll.
