Impact Analysis for Termination Scenario - SCORM Content

Summary:

We had a learning specialist who created content in Oracle Learning. (SCORM files uploaded as online content).

Now the learning specialist is terminated and from that time the Content page does not show the SCORM content when logged in as another Learning specialist. As soon as I reverse the termination, the content is visible.

Please suggest how to resolve this. The content needs to be visible to other Admins
