Global search is not getting synced immediately

Summary:

Customer during redwood migration UAT updated few employee position details. Post submission these position change is reflecting in employment info page when we access it through quick links under My client info tab. Whereas for the same employee record if searched using Global search bar in Home screen its loading Employment info page with Old position details. (Global search results for employee is showing the new position as expected only the underlying pages when navigated via global search is not getting updated immediately)

As per the customer these kind of updates were expected to happen frequently in their instance. They wanted the changes like employee position updates to reflect immediately in global search after its approval.
