Unable to view VETS4212/EEO - 1 Output in OTBI

Summary:

Hello experts,

We have setup VETS4212/EEO1 reporting in our Dev environment according to the documentation provided:

EEO-1 Establishment Electronic Report

VETS-4212 Establishment Electronic Report

We are able to run and access the reports via

My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow

However, we are not able to access/view the outputs in OTBI via the instructions provided for either report:

I am curious as to the cause of this behavior in OTBI.
