Is it feasible to configure and maintain two different position hierarchies?
We have a requirement to implement the concept of Tech Ladder in the organization. Requirement is to maintain 2 position hierarchies on the employee profile

Scenario I
Employee initially appointed to Executive – Operations however due to the organization requirement employee will be assigned to technical position Lead Technical Executive – Operations while retaining the previous managerial position which means employment details (Job/ Grade/ Department etc) remain as previous except for new position name.
