We have a requirement to implement the concept of Tech Ladder in the organization. Requirement is to maintain 2 position hierarchies on the employee profile

Managerial Position

Technical Position (Tech Ladder)

Scenario I

Executive - Operations

Lead Technical Executive - Operations

Scenario II

Executive - Operations

Lead Technical Executive – IT Operations

Scenario III

Manager – Operations

Lead Technical Manager – IT Operations

Scenario I

Employee initially appointed to Executive – Operations however due to the organization requirement employee will be assigned to technical position Lead Technical Executive – Operations while retaining the previous managerial position which means employment details (Job/ Grade/ Department etc) remain as previous except for new position name.
