Recurring Search Issues in Redwood Pages – Request for Permanent Resolution

Hello Team,

We are consistently encountering issues within Redwood Pages, specifically related to the inability to search for employees or relevant data. These disruptions are affecting usability and client satisfaction.

Examples of the issue include:

My Client Group > Positions: No positions appear when performing a search.

My Client Group > Department: No departments are displayed upon searching.

To temporarily mitigate the issue, we have been re-running the "ESS job: Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS" using the relevant index list and Compute Users ACL process. While this restores search functionality, it is only effective for a limited time—the issue reoccurs after a few days or a specific interval.
