Hi Team,
We are encountering a critical issue in Fusion Learn related to duplicate enrollments for learners who have already completed a course. These learners are being re-enrolled with a new LRN number via HDL, even though they had previously fulfilled all course requirements.
Additionally, when an employee is re-enrolled in a course they have already completed, the course status is not automatically marked as "Completed", despite all required components having been fulfilled during the initial enrollment. This is leading to confusion in learner records and inaccuracies in reporting.
