Assistance Required – Incorrect Output on First Preview of DOR

Hi Team,
We are facing an issue with the DOR generation process. When the document is generated for the first time using the View Document button, it displays incorrect output. However, upon refreshing the page and viewing it again, the document displays correctly.
The concern is that business users are unlikely to repeat this refresh process each time, and they expect the correct output to appear on the first attempt itself.
Requesting your assistance in identifying the root cause and providing a suitable fix for this behavior.
