OLC - How to auto assign of e-learning for rehired employees with single Learning Initiative

I would like to check on how to auto assign of e-learning for rehired employees with one Learning Initiative.

We have issue with rehired employees (for example interns converting to full time employees) with the same employee number previously completed the eLearning.

However when they rejoin, again this learning should be assigned and status should show as "Not Started".

" Is thier any way where system to recognize rehires for this learning and assign it to learner automatically based on one learning initiative".
