Edit while approving positions issue
Summary:
Hi Everyone,
We have the following requirement for one of our client.
We have created custom supervisor as "HRG" and employee will have Line Manager and HRG under manager details.
Now the requirement is we have disabled Some fields for Line Manager while requesting a new position. And we have enabled all fields for HRGs.
Our approval requirement is if Line Manager initiates , it will got to HRG for Approval and HRG can edit the fields before approving.
Now the issue is, example we have hidden standard working hours for Line Manager and made it visible and mandatory for HRG. We have submitted a transaction as Line Manager and logged in as HRG clicked on Edit. even though the Standard working hours field is mandatory we are able to click on edit and submit directly without adding Standard working hours from HRG login but ideally it should not allow to edit and submit directly without adding this field.
