Customize Document Record (DOR) achieve criteria

Hi Everyone,

We would like to know if the following are achievable for Document of Records (DOR)

1.) In the delivered DOR Archive Criteria we can select either the Creation Date, From Date, To Date, or Issued On. Our client wants to know if we can further customize this criteria example: Keep employee information until 10 years after they are terminated.

2.) Is there anything that we can customize so that particular DORs are never deleted and audit logs always exists to track evolutions of the artifact/object?

3.) As a legal administrator, we want to prevent custodians from deleting DORs related to pending litigation, so that we preserve all relevant evidence during legal proceedings. Can these DORs be flagged something like "Legal Hold 123" and be excluded from deletion till these are flagged?
