Hi Experts,

Our client is facing an issue with Notifications not being populated in the bell icon for Local and Global Transfer transaction. We have validated all the probable cause like, space in username, roles, BPM>ADmin notifications mode all those profile options associated and everything seems to be good as in lower instance where we could not replicate this issue( recipient was seeing notification in bell icon as opposed to the same user in prod). After our extensive research we found that they are using custom notification template for Local and global transfer, when we ran the report with one of the
