Beg Balance movement as first member in period dimension in EPBCS application

Issue: Threshold calculation not working as expected , Oracle team suggesting to export the application, delete and import it back to have 'Beg Balance' first member in 'Period' member. FYI, when we clone/migrate from PROD to lower environment , 'Beg Balance' is coming as a first member.

Request: Customer is not ok to delete existing application and import it back. do we have other option to move 'Beg Balance' as a first member.
