In the 25C release, Oracle implemented the Create Job Offer feature in Redwood. However, users are unhappy about spending more time to select the fields that they need to adjust in the offer

Now, when creating a job offer, we need to enable the fields that require review and updates.

We need to mark all fields under the "Info to Include" section as default when we select the My Client Group> Hiring > Access the Req> Access the Candidate> Actions > Create Offer
