Business rule defaulting by user role and recruiting type
Summary:
We have multiple rules configured in VB for multiple stakeholders(Hiring Manager, Recruiter, HRG) based on Recruiting Type field. We want to default the Recruiting Type field by User role but it does not work as expected.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
- If a person has only Hiring Manager role, Recruiting type should be defaulted to "A".
- If a person has only Recruiter role, Recruiting type field should be blank.
- If a person has multiple roles, say, Hiring Manager + Recruiter, recruiting type field should be blank.
- Also, when a recruiter is reviewing the requisition drafted/submitted by hiring manager, the recruiting type field should not get overwritten. For ex. If hiring manager selected "A" as recruiting type, when recruiter reviews the requisition, recruiting type field should retain "A" , it should not go blank.
