Match with "Group" function does not work

By reference to Filter and Grouping Transactions in Auto Match Rules (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/account-reconcile-cloud/suarc/admin_trans_match_filter_grouping__100x49a39e34.html), I set below match rule conditions with "Groups" but unfortunately it doesn't work.
The main purpose for below rule is to group the cheque no. that settling the e-wallet.
Can someone help me to identify what wrong I have set?
Here is result: 2 Match IDs are created but what I want is only 1 match ID. Cheque no should combine to 1 item and so as the payment (many rule)
