Migrating Attachments Only (between instances)

Summary:

Hi OCC,

I'm in the process of migrating an application between 2 instances and in this process we are dropping 2 redundant dimensions. This is a rebuild (hence not LCM/migration) with a data cutover, however there is a need to ensure all the file attachments are migrated over to the new application.

I've looked at the contents of the LCM and haven't been able to find these artifacts (will keep looking) and was wondering if there are any other options?

Any thoughts / suggestions welcome.
