Bulk upload - Security and Actions under Manage item class

Summary:

We want to bulk the below Security and Actions under Manage Item Class. The reason we want to bulk upload is because we have about 100 orgs and multiple roles and privileges. It is quite possible that manual entry might lead to missing records.

We have checked that it is not available under FSM. Also the REST api mentioned at - Get and Create Item Data Security - is also not helpful because it is item specific security.

We want the way to bulk upload Security Roles and actions for each of those roles - under Manage Item Security. The
