Redwood: How to show the Performance Rating in the Recruiting Activity Center?

Summary:

We have our Rating Levels set in a certain numeric rating order and due to this, when adding the rating to the activity center, the numeric rating is also showing. How can we show the Name only and not the numeric rating?

I don't see any configurations within VBS to allow for this.
