Document Records LOV Not Appearing in Dropdown for Custom Role

Hi Team,

We’ve encountered an issue while configuring a custom role in Oracle HCM.

Scenario:
As per a business requirement, we created and assigned a custom role that includes the necessary privileges to access and manage document records. However, when users with this custom role attempt to add a document, the Document Records LOV (List of Values) is not appearing in the dropdown as expected.

Troubleshooting so far:

  • Verified that the standard roles (like Human Resource Specialist, etc.) are able to view the LOV without issue.
  • Compared data security policies and function privileges between the standard and custom roles.
