How to generate forecast for new inventory orgs for existing items

Summary:

Customer has a dynamic business. We have gone live with Demand Management. As per their current operations, all the shipment history was loaded for two orgs (Org A and Org B). These are small warehouses. They are setting up a centralized warehouse (Org C) which would be operational in next 4-5 months (Say Dec-25). Post that all the dispatches would be done from the central warehouse.

I want to know how we can copy the shipment history for the same items from Org A to Orb B to the shipment history data for Org C. How would the system behave once it does not see any shipment history from Dec-25 onwards, and all shipment history would be generated from Org C. Is it intelligent enough to use the shipment history from other Orgs and start giving forecast? If not, how can we make sure that we can still get the forecast from system for Org C, which is based on all the history (from Org A
