Mass Updates "create mass assignment change" is running to success, but data is not updating.

Hi Team,

We are using "create mass assignment change" task for mass department & line manager changes. The process is running to success without any errors.
After the Process, we are able to see the row with specified effective date, but Department & Line managers are not updating.
They still have the old department & old Line manager.

How can we trace this as we don't have any errors.
