We are around a month away from rolling out Oracle Grow and Skills Centre to a small pilot population in our organisation. Features we will be using in the pilot will be mainly focused around skills inherited from position profiles and recommended learning using recommendation profiles, with Team skill centre, careers of interest and career paths further into next year. We would be interested in hearing from other customers who are live with these modules and gauge how they have found measuring the success and engagement of colleague use and also any ideas on driving colleagues into the pages on
