How to set up quarterly and EOY File transmission to ADP?

We're working on setting up an integration with ADP for our quarterly and EOY (W-2 and 1099R) tax forms. The process, how it was explained to us, was that we could set up an SFTP connection through Oracle in BI publisher (the same way we transmit files to our benefit vendors), and associate that connection with the actual Payroll flows: Third-Party Quarterly Tax Filing Extract, Third-Party Quarterly Tax Filing Extract for Retirees, and W-2 Employee Report.
That basically, we'd set up the SFTP, associate it to those flows, then when those flows run it will automatically transmit the files to ADP. We've searched for documentation on getting this set up and have been unable to find anything. We were able to find documentation (1594079.1) that detailed configuring the actual files, but not how to set up the file transmission.
