Clicking on a record gives no result for many redwood pages

Summary:

When clicking on a person record, no details load, nothing happens. On checking with responsive UI in different environment the issue does not occur. All relevant schedule processes were run to enable redwood UI. The issue occurs on pages like Document records, Direct reports, Work relationship etc.


Please let me know how could this be resolved.
