Has anyone encountered an issue with the salary amount not updating as part of a promotion?

Summary:

When a promotion is processed, the job level and grade are updated but the salary amount is not updated. There is no salary record created, resulting in the associate’s salary remaining the same when they should have received an increase in pay.
