How to use custom field for mapping between Work Order Area in Service Request and Work Zone Key OFS

Hello,

In our OFS implementation, we want to use a field 'Custom' as the link between Work Zones in OFS & Work Order Area in Fusion Service module.

By default, the application picks Address Line 1 from the Contacts of the Account of the SR. We would like to change this behavior as this is not applicable for us. Not all accounts may have contacts mandatorily. Hence, we would like to map against a different custom field.

We've done the following setups, yet Work Order Area is not being retrieved in Service Work Orders:

  1. Work Zone 'A' is defined with Work Zone Key 3000005895 which we can consider as an example of value of the custom field.
