OIC Gen3 Environment - Multiple integration failure due to internal server error
Hello,
we are seeing multiple OIC integration failure in our OIC gen3 environment today(8/12/25) due to internal server error with ejko cloud environment.
They are all used to run fine daily and started failing from 12pm EST on 8/12/2025.
we are also unable to activate the integration back after deactivation and getting below error.
ERRORLast activation attempt failed.Internal Server Error.
Integration INT_AP_SMARTE_XXXX (1.0) cannot be activated.
Internal Server Error.
How to fix
1. Verify and rectify the changes.
2. Retry the activation.
