Error "Org Payment Method doesnt exists" while adding personal payment method on REDWOOD

Summary:

We have recently migrate from RESPONSIVE to REDWOOD and now while the HC is trying to add personal payment method for the new employees they receive an error "The specified Organization Payment Method doesn't exist".

There was no such error on responsive screen.
