We cannot revoke groups application roles in IDCS any longer

When we were moved to Gen2 in April we changed from using EPM groups in the individual applications to using IDCS groups and assigning access to the groups within IDCS to application roles within the individual applications. This has always worked but now we cannot revoke these application role assignments.

When I go in and select a group and select revoke it comes back with a successful message but the group is still there. The group and all of it's users still retain access to the application. I have an open SR but they just say that they see that it was successful….as the message that pops up says….but it obviously wasn't and I don't know why this is happening or how to resolve it. Has anyone else ever experienced this and if so, how did you fix it?
