Recruiting Booster - Profile Option to Read Email Messages from a Given Start Date Not Sycning
Summary: In less than 2 months we have had issues with 2-way email not returning to ORC. We have found that the 'Profile Option to Read Email Messages from a Given Start Date' stops syncing randomly. The process 'Process Recruiting Inbound Messages' previously showed an error in the log, but showed it was completing without issue in the console.
Content: We will be notified that 2-way emails are not returning, as recruiters are sending pre-screen questions out and nothing returns after a few days/week. There is an error around "As per user's selection, marking logged emails as read instead of deleting them…" however we do NOT have the Delete read message selected.
