BI Report for help desk feedback
Summary:
Hi All, we are using journeys to get the user feedback for the resolved HR Help desk requests. we have developed a BI report to pull the feedback submitted by all the users. the report is working fine if the user is submitting only one journey feedback/journey of a single request before the next run of the report. But if the same user is submitting more than one journey for different requests which got resolved, the report is pulling the duplicate records.
Eg: If user submits 2 journeys, the report shows four rows. 2 each with messed up data
If the user submits 4 journeys, the report shoes 16 rows. 4 each with messed up data.
